How to order
STEP 1
Open a product page from outside Japan. The WorldShopping cart appears automatically.
STEP 2
Click "Add to Cart" on the WorldShopping banner and complete your order. The cart only appears for items that can be shipped to your country.
STEP 3
WorldShopping buys the item from us, receives it at its warehouse in Japan, and ships it to you.
Fees and payment
You pay WorldShopping twice.
1st payment
when you order
Product price (incl. Japanese consumption tax)
+ Domestic shipping to the WorldShopping warehouse
+ Service fee (10% of the above)
2nd payment
before international shipping
International shipping (by weight, size, destination and method)
+ Handling fee ¥500 per package
+ Shipping insurance (depending on value)
On delivery
Customs duties and import taxes, if any.
For some destinations, these are collected in the 2nd payment.
Before you order
Once an order is placed through WorldShopping, it cannot be cancelled, changed or returned. Please check the product details carefully before ordering.
In-stock items are shipped to the WorldShopping warehouse about one week after payment is confirmed. Pre-order items are shipped after their release date.
International delivery time depends on your country and shipping method.
